Fair App - any good?

@selty1, I’ll get this resolved.

Sent a private message so we can exchange info. Fair customer support is available 24/7, but… the July 4th holiday may slow refunds down a bit. I’ll do my best to expedite.

I appreciate your patience as we work through the issue.

Haven’t heard from you, @selty1. Let me know if your issue is still open. Want to get this resolved for you if it’s not already!

Hey there hope you’re doing well. Want to use Fair and was wondering if you had any amazing promo codes available? I saw last year there was $1000 off via a code - does that still work? Thanks!

@brykoch any luck with any good coupon codes? Ready to grab a car!

@Cener_Mastermind, FAIRFRIENDS will get you $100 off your start payment. That’s been the max available discount for a while now.

Let me know how checkout goes and if I can provide support!

Hello! I was wondering if anyone who has used Fair.com or someone from Fair can help me understand the process better. I’ve been trying to order a car on Fair since July 2. One order was cancelled. One just disappeared.

I’m eager to pick up the car but I’m unclear on the steps that need to happen.

How soon after you were told the car was available, were you able to pick it up?

@brykoch - any help would be much appreciated

@PghDriver, sorry for my delayed response here. I followed up with you via direct message so we can exchange info re: your order.

Look forward to helping out!

Hi,

I am new to this app.
I was just going through the thread and figured out they gave a great promotional offers like $500/$800 off and sometimes even $1000 off, are there any good promotional offers going currently?
I saw few promo codes for $100 but not beyond.
I appreciate in advance!

Thanks,
Manas

Agreed! Total waste of money don’t lease from them. I received a lemon car and they did not want to give me my money back. I was stranded several times and went through hell. No one ever had any answers and their solution after a year was for me to return the car without giving me my money back even though the car spent most of those months at the dealership getting everything fixed from new engine to new transmission etc… list goes on. Worst experience ever!

Looks like some major changes happening at Fair. Best to any employees affected.

Fair is a joke startup payments have gone from $1k-2k to 7&8k RIP-OFF!

It’s going to be an awkward Thanksgiving at Painter’s house this year!

SoftBank is the largest stakeholder of Uber and also is the largest backer of Fair. Their investment in Uber is MUCH larger than their investment in Fair. So when Fair acquired Uber’s downward spiraling Xchange Leasing business months before the Uber IPO it might’ve served as a way to protect SoftBank’s interest in Uber.

The news keeps getting worse for those remaining at Fair. Grab a life jacket and head to the life boats.

In case anyone here wants to follow this latest news on Fair, here is a good read.

ok, returned my car after almost 2 years, pretty easy process, but took half month to get your final bill
return requested 12.28.19
picked up 01.08.20
final bill 01.17.20

Was it worth it?

yeah, well worth it because of their insurance rate for me. The lowest price (car + insurance) I could find back then. Also, 2 years ago, their price was beautiful too.
