Dealer games!!! Zero down for us is not the same as zero down for you. Really???
Customer does not care if its for inceptions or cap cost reductions…
Customer wants to know 2 things:
- Monthly payment
- How much to pay when we pick up keys!!!

ive probably done 600 cars sign and drive.
im saying technically by dealer ads- this includes manufacturer- it always down, driveoff, base payment plus tax.
this isnt my ad i got an entire sheet of sign and drive.
According to @SOCALChevyPro, if you have a non-GM lease, this is a true sign-and-drive deal (ie $0 due as signing).
Disagree. It’s not clear
So I’m understanding it as this: if drive off + 1st mo is let’s say $1500 - you need $1500 DAS if you qualify for conquest. If not, then $2500 DAS in order to keep the monthly payment the same as if you had conquest. I think everyone thinks that DAS is the money that is due at signing, but here it seems to mean DCap ACost SReduction
Good Afternoon Sir or Madame.
The old term Sign and Drive would be the “Ad Term”
There are no hidden fees. The Comp lease rebate of $1,500 will cover your DMV fees + CCR tax + 1st payment.
Therefore $0 Due at signing. In the old days of (Dealer Cash) I have used these funds to pay off the drive offs for my clients in the past.
There is no trickery here. Some dealers have decided not to give such a large discount and made up the difference by having the customer put money down to cover the True Drive off fees.
feel free to contact me direct if there is anymore confusion.
I never intended for my ad to become a discussion post. I would hate for it be moved to the (ask the hackrs) section
It’s real simple @socalchevypro.
Just say YES to the above if it’s truly $0 sign, and drive.
Or just say NO if it’s not.
YES it’s truly $0 Due At Signing.
Sign the docs and I give you keys…

I want to give a big kudos to all the contributors that made this milestone possible.
It garnered a lot of attention due to the ‘sign and drive/$0 drive offs’ debacle
As the old saying goes there is no bad publicity, only publicity.
I think this is not the right place to post this my friend…
Your sharing a dead deal that know one can get this month. you signed this deal in December. Please don’t add more drama to my ad…
