Discount looks good. You would need to run the calc to see if theyve marked up the mf, etc.

i think this car has a better lease residual and mf if you do 24/10 vs the 36/10

If you are trying to match you are missing their 2495 add on…you can put as -2495 in equity or add it to your selling price…but still only gets you to 576 vs their payment…they probably marked up your MF to whatever max they can…BUT you can use this payment (using base MF and no add on) as your target to see if they can match based on your DAS.
PS, I would also lump that 745.75 into dealer fees to make it show as part of DAS.
It’s a great discount but gotta drop the add-on. If you can get rid of that add-on it’d be a great deal.
I’m trying to deal on one of these as well and dealers are either willing to discount well and add a bunch of add-ons/fees or they won’t discount but have no addons/fees. Either way it turns out to be about the same price. For reference I’ve contacted 12 dealers and none of them have discounted more than $14k except for one that discounted $16,600 but added $5200 of add-ons lol. I’m in SC so similar market but looking all over the country. Either way, I haven’t gotten lower than $65k OTD on similar MSRP, so you’re still doing better than me. PM me your dealer?
