MSRP? Selling price? Rebates? Breakdown of DAS? At first glance I’d say it’s garbage
The rebates don’t look great for the Equinox this month, I’d try cross shopping the Terrain and see if you can do better with that. Incentives definitely appear to be higher, at least in my NJ Zip code.

A couple of things: First, is there a specific reason why you need three years? It’s possible that a two year lease might be less expensive due to higher residual. You need to check the numbers and see which works out better. Second, are you looking for a particular brand, or just any midsize/compact 5 seater SUV? I know that @aronchi has been offering good deals on the Rogue lately, which may suit your needs. You might want to check out his posts and follow up if interested. What you need to find is what SUV in that segment has the best combination of residual value, and incentives. After that, you need to reach out to several dealers within a radius you are willing to travel to get a quote featuring their selling price before any rebates and incentives are applied. The information you are sharing here is incomplete. We need MSRP, selling price before rebates, rebates being applied, residual, money factor, and any and all taxes and fees being charged. Then the quote can be properly assessed.
