I don’t know what’s in the dealer fees but reached out to ask, they also didn’t give me a MF / Residual initially which I asked for too.
Includes 7500 eV credit and 1500 NJ rebate.

looks good for the car, but beware that prices are plummeting.
e.g. carvana dropped the price 1k in about 2 weeks (with no extra miles).
for my fwd 23 pro S with 3k miles, vroom only offered 30k and carvana 32k
(mostly out of curiosity)
carvana, for same car (maybe 500 miles less) , back in late april, the value was 38.5k (tesla also estimated 39k back then)
