Unfortunately even with the Charge Up NJ rules restricting market adjustments to receive the $4000 incentive for the Bolts, some NJ dealers are still marking up these vehicles 2, 3, 4, 5 thousand dollars. Even in rural midwestern and southern states they are listed and selling at MSRP. Demand is very strong in NJ because we do have some of the best State EV incentives in the country, pairing that with the Federal, makes one of the most affordable vehicles in the country (if you qualify).

Just a tip
It’s rarely beneficial to mention cash
Dealer would want u to finance in house
After that you can pay it in full soon as account is setup assuming no prepayment penalties
If u say cash they miss out on financing kickbacks and rather not sell to you at msrp
