Possibly, and if that appears to be the case I definitely won’t buy it. Its a really fun vehicle and jack of all trades so it might get a following. Who knows. I’ll definitely lease another at the end of this one regardless if I buy my current one.
Has the Hummer EV been out long enough for people to have already turned cars in? If so, maybe check a Hummer specific forum to see how much people are getting dinged for damage? That might help w/ the calc.
But, yeah, I assume matte paint is $$$ to fix.
The finance manager said he has not got one single lease return yet so he couldn’t tell me what kind of purchase prices GM is offering dealers or how much they are charging for damage.
