End of lease 2021 Highlander

I’m at the end of my lease on a 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid… Not interested in the car anymore. The buyout is 27k. KBB says trade in value is 33K. I see on autotrader same car goes for 37 to 39k at dealerships. Is there anyway to get some of that equity out of the car without going through the hassle of purchasing it.
