7 passenger or midsize SUV in January to replace XC90?

Any advice on 7 passenger or midsize SUVs to target in January to replace an XC90 lease that’s almost up? Looks like I missed the boat last month to get a new XC90, and not willing to pay the current lease rates. What is leasing well this month? GV80 looks nice but not seeing much on the forum that’s updated. What about Jeep GC? Trying to keep payment <$700/mo.
