E300 deal in TX, decent deal?

MSRP 59k, SP 45K. mileage 11k 12k/36

MF 0.00195(trying to get buyrate they wouldn’t budge) RV about 59%

monthly comes to about 490/month if i get them down to buyrate. any room for negotiation here? granted i live in texas so the SP really is about 49k. dealer claim no tax credits for lease/purchase under 50k

Does the 490 include tax?

yes. but they are not giving me the buyrate so it might be a walk for me. just wanted to see if they do in fact give it will this be a good deal.

Hang on I received some money factors here in PA on some E300 loaners let me see what they were. May not be 100% accurate but will give you an idea

Here is one wit 9k miles on it and one with 8k miles on it. I just copied them from an email.

The money factor on this car is .00100. The rv is 59% which would equal $35,792 but with the mileage on the vehicle that adjusts to $34,522.35. The MSRP of the car is $60,725 and the sale price is $50,289.

Here is another with 8k miles msrp was 60k
The residual is 59% and the money factor is .00080. I have a link but there aren’t any pictures yet because we just made it available. I can get the pictures soon.

Hmm I’m in Dallas and was told that MB doesn’t lease vehicles that have over 10K miles.
