2020 Volvo V60 got hit, damage is $10,000 and almost done with repairs. Live in GA and according to 17c formula that Georgia uses it’s about $1,800 DV on the vehicle. The other driver was at-fault and their insurance (State Farm) is covering repairs.
Spoke to State Farm and they said they’ll discuss DV after all repairs are done. Has anyone gotten success on collecting DV on a leased vehicle recently?
