Hi Everyone, I wanted to give an update on local Toyota inventory as I’ve had a surge of inquiries lately especially on Toyota models… - Hybrids - Rav4/ Highlander - They basically don’t exist right now. Depending on what you want, there is at least a 2 month wait. Dealers I work with are all putting names on ordered vehicles. I’m happy to find something on order but I can’t help with anything for immediate delivery. - Rav4 Prime - Not available and the pricing for them when they become available is borderline insanity. - 4Runner - 3 month waiting list - Tacoma - Similar to hybrids, Tacomas are now to the point where there is a waiting list. If you want one, I’ll try to find one for you but you’re looking at a minimum 2 month wait at this point. It’s getting worse by the day. I have zero available across all my Toyota stores. Just because I can’t get my hands on certain vehicles doesn’t mean you can’t in CO. Some stores are reserving their inventory for retail only to ensure they make the most possible so you may find what you want but there will certainly be a premium for them. Just wanted to share a public update since I’ve been getting a lot inquiries this week on Supra. Right now, I’m in a holding pattern on out-of-state lease deals. Until I get clearance, I cannot entertain them right now. In addition, the offer I posted for May will look dramatically different today by roughly $5000. It’s out of my hands. It’s probably smarter to finance than lease with lease prices likely to creep up to $900/mo + tax on a 39/10. ---

Welcome to July! As inventory hits new lows, I will likely not post many offers this month as I don’t have the inventory to support the interest. In addition, pricing from stores continues to rise on almost a weekly basis which would hinder my ability to honor posted deals. If you are in Colorado and interested in a Toyota, please still reach out and I will do my best to find the car you want at a competitive price. If you will be in the market for a Toyota within the next 90 days, I strongly suggest you start looking now to improve your chances of getting exactly what you want. There’s a good chance what you want is not at a dealership right now so giving yourself time to find a vehicle on-order will help you secure the ideal make, model, trim, color combo and options you want. In addition, I do not foresee pricing getting any better in the near future. If you have your name placed on an on-order unit, you will be locked into a selling price through me (and should be too if you went through a dealership). I can tell you that if that same car were to slip through the cracks and actually make it onto the dealer’s lot without being sold over the next 60ish days, the price quote you will receive on that on-ground unit will be worse than if you had put your name on it 60 days earlier. Inventory levels are getting worse and more and more cars are being presold. Anything that’s on the ground for immediate delivery is commanding even more premium pricing. Before any more OEMS/ banks put more restrictions on 3rd party lease buyouts, I would suggest getting premium money for your car now and rolling it over into a lease as soon as you can. If nothing else, lock in that on-order unit so you can time your transition making it as quick and easy as possible. Tacoma Availability – CO Customers Only If you’ve been on a hunt for a Tacoma, you know they basically don’t exist in inventory and much of what is in-transit is pre-sold. However, once in a while we receive emails about Tacomas (on the ground) that have become available due to a customer backing out or going a different route. They are for immediate sale and delivery. As we all know by now, Toyota along with other OEMs are facing massive inventory crunches. If you are in the market for a Toyota, you are likely looking at a minimum 2 month wait on any of their SUVs or trucks. That assumes the recent production cut announcements don’t impact that. If you think you will be in the market, start looking now and put your name on something that is on-order. Availability will continue to get worse and consequently, pricing will continue to rise. I wanted to share an update on Toyotas as they naturally generate a lot of interest. Due to the production decreases by 40% and allocations being skipped, there is no on-ground inventory of Toyotas. What you see on dealer sites is not accurate; it typically includes inbound/in-production vehicles to pump their numbers up otherwise it would be a sad sad site. In addition, those incoming vehicles are all spoken for so that’s not even an accurate picture of what’s available for sale. For higher demanded models, you’re looking at at-least a 3 month wait… - **3 Months** \*\* Rav4 (Hybrid / Prime - 4 months) \*\* Highlander (Hybrid - 4 months) - **6 Months** \*\* Sienna \*\* Tundra \*\* Tacoma If you’re looking for something within the next 30-60 days, I likely cannot help. If you think you’ll be in the market early 2022, I would order your car TODAY. We do not take a deposit to place a Toyota order at the moment. Please, plan ahead if you can. We are selling further and further into the future and there is no sign of this letting up anytime soon.
