Not bad but relative to some of the 2022 deals folks got last month, then not nearly as good. On a 2023 ‘base’ GC 4xe, you’re looking at a lease payment of about just under 1% of MSRP for a 36/10 lease. For what it’s worth, 2022s leases are no longer worth exploring due to insanely high money factors.
