Right now, inventory is still extremely scarce and if you want a Toyota, an order is the way to go. With that said, once in a while, I am offered vehicles for immediate (or a week out) delivery. They are typically Highlanders (L, LE and XLE) and Camrys (various engines and trims) with some other models mixed in once in a while.

Welcome to March, CO hackrs. Inventory continues to be constricted but new inventory is made available to me weekly. If I know you’re in the market for a specific vehicle, I can secure it if I know what you want. Vehicles made available to local brokers typically don’t last long (we’re talking minutes or maybe hours). Of course that’s model dependent but you can guess what moves faster than others.
Here is what some leases look like for March through local credit unions. They have enhanced some residuals through 3/22. I don’t know if it will go beyond that date. I chose these since they have some very high residuals and create decent leases (relatively speaking). Pricing may vary if the car has to be sourced from a store that has higher pricing; ultimately that’s your call.
