Thereās a whole industry built off beating these devices.
But anyway when I had my āfast carā I would hit it everytime I got the chance in good weather, the sheer force of a car going from 0-60 in 3s is nuts, highway on ramps, stoplights became a playground for me, now add awd and you can have some real fun.
To be honest nobody needs anything more than a 250 hp engine, but people want more, I think up to 500 hp is normal, over 500 is overkill, over 800 and you are certified a speed freak or car nut.
This is not including pickup trucks but you get the point.
Most people buying M cars and Amg cars are doing so for status imo, some hardcore fans out there but itās usually the former than the latter. Thatās why bmw and mb added M and Amg lite models to their stable, to capture those fringe buyers between models and people who cant afford or handle the more raw M cars(suspension feeling, power, etc etc)
