Is it true that a 2019 executive demo vehicle does not qualify for MSDs only new cars? This was what a dealer told me when I tried to apply MSDs on a 2019 executive demo car.
To my knowledge, no, it’s not
Unless something has drastically changed within the last 12 months, MSDs can be applied to exec demos. I’v leased two of them with MSDs.
If the demo is over 5000 miles no MSD.
where are you getting this information from?
Of course you can. possible the Sales agent doesn’t now what MSDs are 
Last x6 i looked at i was told no msd over 5k mls. Not many folks look at demos over 5k mls anymore.
certain rebates don’t apply over 5k but MSDs should work
Most demos over 5000 miles aren’t going to be leasable or they don’t make sense as a lease since residual drops.
