Sure, you can use a broker if you want. That’s different then going around saying “I never use broker services!” and then wondering why brokers aren’t responding to you after you said that.
If you find that many different brokers aren’t working with you while they are with others, it may be helpful to internalize what is going on and see if you have made statements in the past that would lead to that.
