Hi There , I am looking for X3 or X5 deals. This is my first time looking for luxury vehicle. I had my highlander totaled last month. Is it right time to buy a luxury car or hold on for few months?

I went through vroom and got $16,742

Hi there, it really depends on your needs. The X5 deals are not horrible, but they’re still not what they used to be. X3 stock is still low so there isn’t a discount. I know others have advertised discounts, but then customers have come to me and say there wasn’t one, so take that for what you will.

@mtantoco94 If you want to email me the VIN, mileage, and window sticker if you have it, please do so at ashleigh@dmvlease.com, and I can get a trade-in value for you.

Available M3 comp. xDrive - in production. THIS WILL NOT LAST.

Available at MSRP - $96,545.
Brooklyn gray on fiona full merino
DA pro
Parking assistance
Executive
Carbon exterior

This is much better on the balloon; see below lease numbers for the balloon.
36/10:
$1,471 + tax with $3,000 + registration at signing.
Subtract $750 from incentives if you don’t have loyalty or corporate.

For comparison purposes, the balloon is much better if you’re in a qualifying state. It’s $1,253 with $3,000 down (to match the amount on the proposed lease), and it’s $1,215 with $5,000 down.

Message, e-mail ashleigh@dmvlease.com, or fill out our form to grab it while it’s still in production.

I rarely say this about BMWs anymore, but that car is awesome. The color combo is

You should see what he got - marina bay blue on black with midrand beige!

One of the brokers I partner with a lot said one of his stores needs to move a bunch of cars by tomorrow. Contracts will be dated November 30th, and paperwork will be overnighted (they don’t do DocuSign). Dealership is in the Northeast.

There will be no broker fee on these, per my promise through the end of the year. All of these cars have 35 points added to the rate but on most, the discount is more than enough to make it worth it! There are other cars available too; I posted what I thought were the best deals, but we also have things like the new 7 series at 6% off as well.

1. 2022 X3 xDrive 30i - white - $50,000 - 5% off. There are a few at similar price points and different colors.

36/10:

This is just stupid cheap on the balloon, for what it is. Don’t lease it, even though it’s not tax credit eligible. $767 + tax with $2,500 + registration at signing.

4. iX xDrive 50 - 6% off - $89,750
Gray
Sport package
Don’t bother leasing this - do BMW Select.
$1,112 + tax with $2,500 + registration at signing.

5. X7 xDrive 40i - 6% off! (yes, really, so it’s more like 4.25% off after the rate, but still great!). I have several to choose from on these. These are just a sampling. Subtract $1,500 from incentives if you don’t have loyalty or corporate.

Cheap one - white with premium - $81,250

Gray with M sport, executive, etc. - loaded - $95,000

Comp, exec., B&W sound, etc.

36/10:
$1,893 + tax with $3,300 + registration at signing.
Subtract $750 from incentives if you don’t have loyalty or corporate.

Balloon is much better on these too.

Any good deals on X5 xdrives?
Can these be shipped out of state ?

I have better deals elsewhere on an X5. I’m at 5% off with base MF. Those can be shipped anywhere.

Some January 2023 production numbers dropped late today, and extended merino appears to be back on the X5 - ivory, coffee, black, and tartufo. This also means luxury seating is back! I’ll know more about discounts on Monday/as more allocations come in, but we got a half-decent amount, though nowhere near as many as were promised by BMW. X3s remain scarce (only got 3).

Are the balloons through BMWFS?

Yes they are! The interest rate is 3.99% this month for 60 months.

M3 base in production available at MSRP (surprisingly also still have the M3 comp. xDrive).

Don’t lease this; buy it on the balloon. The balloon percentage is a stupid-high 39%.

With $2,500 down, not including tax or registration, it’s $918 a month including loyalty ($750) and the doc fee.

E-mail ashleigh@dmvlease.com, message, or fill out our form to grab it while it’s still in production.

Do you have a balloon calculator you can share to play with the diff BMWs ?

Sorry, it’s my spreadsheet. All you can do is use the LH calculator and subtract the balloon from the selling price.

I wish the colors were different on that m3. I would do it

do you sell to customers in CA?

Absolutely! We even have repeat customers in Alaska! Shipping is at your own expense, but for orders, we can often do courtesy delivery at a dealership in California for $1,000 - $1,250.
