Difference in MF for business vs personal lease

Be sure to specify your location when asking for input on a deal! Tagging by state (e.g. CA, NJ, NY) is mandatory.

Switching over from Yukon XL-> Yukon->Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara after 20 years of being a softball/soccer mom and team doc carting around teams, kids, gear, and medical supplies all over the US in a Yukon XL/Yukon. Kids off to college and time for mom to have some fun while still working with my athletes.
Have done many leases through GMF, but still trying to find business lease info from Chrysler Capital. I believe this lease rate sheet reflects MF for personal lease, but I could be wrong?

Anyone have info for business lease??

Are you doing a business lease with you as the guarantor?

I’ve always done my businesses leases with me as co-signer and not as guarantor.

So maybe I have 2 questions now, business lease rates and better to be co-signer or guarantor?

For reference, have solo-owned my pediatric/sports medicine practice (S-Corp) for 15 years.

I have only done it as guarantor with Chrysler Capital, I got the same rate as personal.

What what your decision to use guarantor instead of co-signer?

Company was too young (less than 2 years).

Lease Rates are different for tax-exempt organizations but thats about it.

Thank you both for feedback.

So if the dealer is saying that personal lease rates are different than business lease rates for Chrysler he’s “pulling my leg.” Never dealt with Chrysler before but never been like that with GM Financial with my other leases.

I did also see the different lease terms for NFP, but not for any other business structures, like an S-Corp.

It all depends on your “business” credit score and the credit risk associated with your application. Co-signing usually helps but then your credit score & history would be considered in addition to the business one. What Tier is CCAP approving you for? Check that against the posted lease rates for the vehicle term/mileage you are getting.
