I have a GX right now, probably the most dependable, capable and easy to drive SUV I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned dozens it’s an amazing truck and a real truck…solid axles full time 4wd and locking diffs. It may not have all the silly gadgets but it’s ridiculously over engineered for what it does and is a total pleasure cruise never worry about anything vehicle.
But god is it the most boring grocery getter soccer mom luxury SUV in history!

I thought the Sequoia might still be trundling on with the 2000 platform but it looks like it was actually ‘updated’ in 2007. Still, it’s about to turn into a terrible teen with no update on the horizon.
