50% residual at 36/10, always 1% lower from 10 to 12k. Both at .00006 MF tier 1-3.
47% residual at 39/10, same 1% lower at 12k with MF jumping up to .00120
$1,250 lease cash, $1,000 uber, $500 boostup downpayment matching, $750 competitive or valued owner coupon and $1,000 holiday sales cash all apply to a lease. and of course no MSDs through HMF so don’t even touch the 39mo lease.
Thank you for getting back to me. Im somewhat new to this process so just wanted to double check bc the MF numbers looked strange. Is there an extra 0 in your .00006 or a 0 missing from the .00120? Or is it really a 20x jump between the 36 & 39 month MFs?
Sure thing, that’s a valid concern to double check on. The numbers posted are accurate, .00120 is by no means an aggressive lease but you’ll see that number often without MSDs, ie a Lexus IS350 iirc is .00110 at the moment. Nothing special about it but a standard lease rate can be as high as .00220 for Tier 1.
The .00006 is significantly low is all, but I have personally leased a Nissan at .00003 - you can almost just say 36 months is incentivized while 39 is not for the Santa Fe Sport. I’ve never seen HMF or NMAC make a good lease out of 39 months anyways the way Infiniti or Lexus have.
Got it, thank you so much again
I just posted about leasing a Sante Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate AWD with Tech Package at the end of December in the “Post Your Deals” forum.
For my deal, the RV was 50% of MSRP and the MF was .00018.
In NYC and 36/10 btw.
