I am in the process of taking over someone’s m340 lease. He is offering an incentive, how do I make sure he pays that incentive to BMW before I continue with the paperwork. Always have to take into consideration of worst-case scenarios.

He doesn’t pay BMW. You get paid the incentive and pay the monthly from the original contract.
