Need inputs - Can a dealer deny old tires/tire giving CA legal reasons - I had a tire replacement from a dealer and dealer denied giving back my old tire which I need for my backyard project…
Can someone shed some light on this.Are there some legal concerns not giving the old tire back in California? Is there someway I could verify.I am already not happy with the treatment of this dealership - which has bad customer service.
Please advise.
