Rebates: $1500 loyalty
Demo miles: 3421
Residual: 54.65%
MF: 0.0021
Monthly: 707$
DAS: 2500
Can someone help me understand this offer better and if I can counter it. MF seems to be higher, i think should be around 0.0019 and RV should be 56%. I’m not sure if the car being a loaner effects those numbers.
Should i squeeze more discount off the msrp.
PSA: these numbers are without any negotiation from my part. Just want to understand the quote better. Would appreciate any advice.

RV is adjusted for mileage on loaners. You really don’t have a leg to stand on in terms of MF negotiation on a loaner when it’s heavily discounted, it just is what it is.
I have a Blue one that I don’t have listed that I can do for 15% off
So the only thing I can negotiate on at right now is the Selling price itself. Whats the msrp for the blue one you have?
My X3 lease is almost up. I will be looking for another one, loaner or not, it makes no difference to me. Don’t need AWD. Light ext and interior preferred. No 19” ferric wheels. At this point I will have to buy it outright, which I am moping not to have to do.
