I am looking for 2019 Q5 Prem Plus with Cold weather package.

Here is the deal so far , i do not have other details as not sure if it matters as much
MSRP: 52,795
39 months/ 10k miles per year
state of registration: NJ
dealer offer : 525 PM with 2500 DAS (which covers everything).
after 2500 i will have 38 payments of 525.

Is it a good deal ? I am trying to wrap this up in 500 PM but so far no luck.
