Putting the numbers you provided into the calculator, I get a payment of about $420 a month.That tells me there is $2000 difference somewhere in this deal that is not being shown. We need to see more details, including MF used to calculate the payment given. It looks like they are using a 47% RV which is low. Should be 49% according to RateFinder.
