Is that lease cash? Did you verify incentives and MF in Edmunds? I’m not saying my friend got a good deal, just giving a point of reference. It sounded high for basically a used car.
I believe lease cash on a 2020 is 1000 and RV for 36/12 is 53.
On the surface 18.6 percent discount is good- but your incentives are buried in that discount.
Double check the incentives and RV on edmunds
Also acquisition fee for bmw is 925 not a 100 as is in your calculator
edited the numbers. How does it look? I am not sure how they did the numbers but seems they added the 1500 incentives
You might want to get a deal sheet to confirm your numbers (don’t guess). Also consider removing your downpayment, and using MSD’s (if feasible).
