Pre-incentive discount? Is that buy rate MF?

Atlas just isn’t leasing well right now, 500 for an SE w/Tech is quite a bit for that car IMO.

Need to know what discount your are getting from the dealer though. I was getting 10-11% without much negotiation last month when I was looking to purchase.

Before you talked to this dealer, what was your target price based on current lease programs and the pre-incentive discounts you have seen on comparable models?

You should be able to get some more dealer discount, right now they are at only a bit under 5% discount, that is no good on a 2019 Atlas. Should aim for 10-12% before rebates.

I was looking at a 2019 Atlas but they just flat don’t lease well. Going with a Ascent instead which are leasing much better.

2019 Passport/Pilot is also being blown out.

I’m having trouble finding where on there it says what the pre-incentive discount is or if it’s buy rate.

Check out this deal I just got, thoughts?
2019 Atlas SE 4MOTION w/tech
MSRP: $43,175 cap cost: $34,995

should i try to bring the cap down more? is this a good deal??

What was the total DAS?

they said $847, someone pointed out they are adding the acq fee back in the cap cost, but either way, what do you think?
