What have you guys been getting for lease deals on 2026 BMW 7 Series in FL?
I want to get into a 7 Series and curious to get some wisdom from y’all.
2026 BMW 740i xDrive
15k miles a year
39 months
$0 DAS
MSRP $106,325
Payment $1,250 - they say they can do $1,200
I do have current car through BMW FS that qualifies for a rebate. I think that is baked into the $18,600 discount.
Any thoughts on this?

Go to Marketplace and look at 7 series broker deals countrywide to get an idea of discounts. Go to Wiki and learn how to put a lease spreadsheet together or how to use LH calc.
Does it need to be a 2026? I can beat this by far on a 2025 760ix and probably on a 2026 too.
I did ask them for 13% off MSRP which seems the going rate. And .0007 MF, or at least what I think would the be base MF. Then $7k rebate.
That should be $1,060 a month.
Got the above numbers back so not sure if there is any meat on the bone or if I’m being too aggressive.
You don’t need to think…you can join Super Supporter here to get all that info or you can go to the Edmunds lease forum for your make/model/term numbers…put a target payment/DAS together yourself and make offers!
Their number doesn’t even tie out. I’m at 15% plus incentives with base on a 2025 and 13% on a 2026.
What are your base money factors for 2025 or 2026 740s? Just curious?
2025 760ix is 0.0015, but it has more incentives. The 2026 740ix is 0.0007.
