Yes, which is why it’s important that one is looking at the msrp including the destination and not the value with it not included.

Demand that they match it, or find another Honda dealer who will.
Nissan is also an option. Someone just posted $325 for a 2021 Rogue SV Premium AWD.
Worst case don’t trade it to them and sell it to Vroom or whoever was highest bid.
