This is a terrible deal. They are getting you for msrp plus bs add ons. You should be targeting atleast 4% dealer discount at minimum with no add ons. Tell them no “added accessories” and verify with edmunds the money factor and residual. You are effectively paying 710+ for this car per month on a 24 month lease. This is about 17k to lease it for 2 years.
