First time leasing here — and honestly, I had to read a ton on the forums to even understand how it all works. Big THANK YOU to everyone who’s shared advice and info — it helped a lot!
After reaching out to dozens of dealerships (I know I’m late to the party), I finally got these two lease offers. I’d really appreciate your help reviewing them — are these solid deals? And what should I be negotiating further to make them better?

Constructively, this isn’t an effective way to shop.
This generally only yields terrible offers and gets you classified as a low-information shopper.
Now you’re stuck negotiating down from an absurdly high price to a point you have not yet determined.

This is a bad deal!! You should aim for 10% of MSRP to start a negotiation. I have a MD dealer that can offer >4000 off MSRP. Many Others at 3000-3500 off MSRP. Brokers here are offering 4500 off MSRP
