That is not bad at all. Best I’ve gotten here in NC was a $16,059 one pay for 36/12k on a prologue Elite ($446/mo effective) and that was on a 9.5% approx. discount. Summoning the Texan Prologue god, @jimzigg for more appropriate advice.
