Wish I could help you on a Passport number

In CA a Pilot EXL is going for $323 OTD if that helps.
I don’t know if a Passport is supposed to be more or has more features than a Pilot EX-L.

Monthly seems high for that discount amount with the more recent programs. Have you verified rv/mf/incentives? Have you plugged the numbers into the calculator to check for hidden fees?

When I looked last month I had a dealer down to 350 effective on 36 mo / 12k miles on the EX-L.

I had a similar offer for a Touring (1 trim higher) that came in around $428 pre-negotiation. I didn’t end up moving forward with it. Why is it a range here?? That doesn’t make sense to me.
