MSRP: $52,550
Sales Price: $49,698
Getting 17K as trade-in (mid end of KBB)
With 7K as MSD. I get 622.36 for 12K/36M
Inception is $2900 includes first month payment, NJ tax and dealer fees (some inflation there)
Option 2: NY dealer
MSRP: $54,805
SP: $52,405.00
Purchase option at $567 per month (2.99% at 72 mos)
NY cannot do MSD so leasing with them makes no sense.
Any of these close to the finish line?
Also would love some advice on whether it makes sense to buy a 2020 GLC at this point. Thank you friends.

I would pass on both. Have you checked the Marketplace and Shared Deals sections?
Are you open to other brands?

I could not find one or maybe did not look close enough so any help would be appreciated; new on this forum.
I would consider a BMW but the X5 seems to have no rebates right now (based on my research)
Thanks @max_g , is this much higher than what you would expect.
There are so many recent GLC threads.
Did you check his listings? @AutoCompanion
Make sure to get quotes from Carvana, Vroom, Shift etc. for your trade in.

I PM’d @AutoCompanion with the above since I did not have posting credentials this morning. He does not have any GLC unless I missed it.

I would look into XC60 and X3… maybe RDX
Your quotes are close to X3M and SQ5 money
And the deals for all of them have been… unimpressive.

If you can find a loaner GLC300 they are going for 20% off right now. This is the way.
Make sure you qualify for the $1500 fleet incentive.
Both your current options are bad.

How does one qualify for that? What would be a good price in terms off discount off MSRP?

High MF. Low RV ( not inflanted comparing to BMW), smaller rebates - max 13% from one broker

You need to qualify through a fleet affiliate, such as PenFed or United Airlines.
If you don’t qualify for fleet, the 2020 GLC300 still have a $1000 dealer cash incentive for leases.
Given what I’ve seen first hand, I would look for a loaner and would not settle for less then 20% off.
Whene/where have you been seeing GLC loaners regularly going for 20% off?
Looking for a deal check on a 2021 GLC in CT
MSRP: 52,660
Sale: 49,820
55% residual
36 months
MF: .0101
Payment: 710
Are you missing a zero in the MF?
I imagine the 2021 GLCs are just starting to trickle in, so they presumably will be pricde very high. Are there any leftover 2020s in your area?
Thanks, yes i missed a zero for the MF.
I’ve been looking and calling around, not a lot of inventory in my area. The base price for the 2021 is about $1k higher than 2020.
Is there an average discount percentage I should be targeting?
I don’t know if there have been enough 2021 GLC threads here to get a sense of a good discount. Maybe check one of the broker threads.
MSRP btw 2020 vs. 2021 may only be $1K, but maybe dealers are more willing to negotiate on a 2021?
(Edit: Sorry, I meant more willing to negotiate on a 2020. Can’t imagine them being more willing to negotiate on a 2021 at this point).
