Should I wait until closer to November in hopes of a better incentives from Audi?
Dealer just wants your monthly to look more appealing. You structure the deal how you want it structured.

Do not make a down payment. It’s good they’re giving you costco because not all dealers have to, but besides that it’s an average deal. Did you confirm the money factor on the Edmunds forum to see if they’re marking it up?
You don’t list any incentives, is the dealer giving you 10% off total with incentives? If yes then this is a so so deal at best. There should be $1-3k of lease cash incentives depending on your zip. Confirm with Edmunds.
Also, MF looks marked up, last I checked .00071 is base. Confirm with Edmunds.
Inventory is tight on S4’s like a lot of things however with Costco I personally wouldn’t sign unless youre at 10% pre-incentive at base MF.
And as mentioned, know your numbers and structure the deal how you want it re: DAS. Don’t let the dealer pressure you into a higher DAS just for optics.

I mentioned the inflated MF and they got back to me and came down $40 a month.
I asked and the salesperson about incentives. The comment was they only do the Costco deal and not incentives on top of that.

Find another dealer. They cannot choose to not give you the incentives you qualify for. Just means theyre not really giving you Costco.

When adding the incentives back into the deal and adjusting to base MF, you’re really only around 3-4% discount pre-incentive. Not even close to the Costco 10% off.

You should calculate your discount off MSRP before factoring incentives. Edmunds is a great resource for the incentives and base money factor. The quotes I received were up to 14% off MSRP on a factory order S4. Dealer stock may be even better, depending on the age of inventory. I emailed seven dealers and let them negotiate against each other. The last offer included complimentary Audi Care. There are plenty of competing dealers in your area.
