On incoming BMW EV’s we can still lock the program for this month (including EV rebate) as long as VIN is issued for the car and we earmark the specific car to the customer (i.e., they won’t be able to change the car to a different unit when the car arrives).
Custom factory orders will no longer work because there is not enough runway for the allocation to flip into 150 status and have a VIN issued.
