I have already custom ordered a M2 Competition and believe a got a really good deal. I figured I would just check on here to confirm.
Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2021 M2 Competition
MSRP: $61,645
Monthly Payment: $819 (everything is built into this payment including 6.625% NJ tax, doc fees, $925 lease fee, etc)
Drive-Off Amount: $56,489 (this is the negotiated price)
Months:36
Annual Mileage:10K
MF: .00064% (includes MSD of $5,950)
Residual: 53%
Incentives: None
Region: NJ
Since negotiating the above deal, I saw that the MF for BMW has gone down to .00082 so with MSD my MF will be .00047. The dealer has agreed to adjust it. I am waiting on the revised final payment.
I know most people actually buy these cars because the residual sucks, but I decided to lease because the MF is so low. I can just buy out the car at the end because I expect it to have a higher value that what BMW is estimating ($32K). I also have the protection of the lease where if anything happens to the car I can just turn it back in.
Thoughts?
