Been drooling over all the good deals people have been getting on the Ariya, even on the 24s. I went to my local NJ Nissan dealer and I am wondering where this deal is going off the rails. Did they just structure bad terms or is the selling price just too high or a combination?

At the first glance, I can tell the discount is not enough, and 36m/10k is not the best. Try to find MY 2023, with a better discount and 18m/10k.

Ariya leases well for 18m/10k. You should look into the signed section to see what terms other people are getting for a lease to see where the sweet spot is.
Also i think there is a very small chance to get good deal from NJ dealers. Search for leftovers of 2023MY in VA and MD.
