After careful review of all the info provided, thoughtful deliberation and lengthy discussions, multiple rounds of statistical analysis, hours of pondering, conversations with my wife, my cat, my neighbor, my neighbor’s dog, and my other neighbor’s fish, I think a 30mo lease for over $2K a month is your best bet.

Taking the trade out and losing the tint, the discount is ~10.5%. Pretty solid.
How much better can you do on a Limited Tundra and what is your fee?

Strange (I know the reason) the tint fee is posted after the pricing is settled. Should be part of lease amortization.
Unless Toyota is having a lease special on 2026s or you can wait, Id see what happens with pricing/deals around Black Friday to New Years. These just came out and they can’t be selling too well so I’d expect payments will improve in the next 45-60 days.
