I cannot find any Genesis broker for TX resident, so please help me check two deals on same vehicle coming from the dealer.

Not sure how dealers operate in Texas as I heard Texas is not a lease friendly state, but $0 discount off the MSRP sounds highly unusual. Are they marking up the 0.00282 Money factor?
I am not sure about the MF but the only discount they are willing to offer is $1,000 off the MSRP.
That shows up in the rebate row.
Do you know any broker who can get me a better deal in Texas ?
Seems like all great deals on Genesis are for FL residents.
One issue with Texas is they charge taxes based on the value of the car and not the total amount of payments. Unless you really want this car for some reason, I would say there are plenty of other makes/models for less. I have never seen a decent discount on a Genisis.
I am considering comparable BMWs and Audis. However, price per features/HP is much more attractive on Genesis. To summarize, I am not getting any other make/models in this price range for BMWs/Audis/etc..
Unless you have some evidence that this car is hackable you should pick your favorite car in the segment and buy it.

Find a local broker in marketplace you’ll save yourself a lot of headache.

Forget about the Genesis Lol for the price you can get into a BMW or Benz and have $$ left over. Start with marketplace for Texas and check out some deals. You never know what you find. Leasing a Genesis at MSRP and paying full tax on it is not what this website is about.

The Mercedes AMG C43 was briefly hackable, granted it’s not a true competitor but close.
The current gen M340i has never been hackable.
Audi ICEVs haven’t been hackable since they put all their marketing budget into EVs.

First, your terminology is all over the place. You said no discounts, only $1000 off ??? $1000 off MSRP is some kind of discount, whether it be dealer discount or a rebate.
Do you know the difference between dealer discount and a rebate? If you don’t know your lease terms and what they all mean when a lease is put together you’re going to get slaughtered by a Hyundai/Geneis dealer. They are typically one of the shadiest dealers to work with.
Are you married to this car? @IAC is in Texas and has Audi/BMW connections within TX and some other brands that are out of state. Plus, there are some sales tax credits available on some BMWs now. That’s huge in TX since we have to pay sales tax on the full sales price of the vehicle.

I guess only half a jar of Vaseline is needed then. I know BMWs are leasing “great” right now. But definitely better than they were. And if OP is determined to get something, might as well not get a total screwing.
