That applies to corporate sales program for all models? Assumed it was just the “enhanced” loyalty structured that way.

Pretty much yes. Last month was still double (extra $500-1,000) fleet but this month it’s been enhanced for the dealer to contribute half. 
So confusing. May be better off using loyalty + military instead of Corp if you qualify for all, when negotiating pre-incentive discounts.
