I’m some cases I agree, but in this case, OP is being quoted for Wagyu and getting a sirloin. It’s not the same as having a great offer in line with marketplace deals and folks suggesting other cars.
EQ deals have been all over this forum for much less. At the quoted price, if OP wants to actually spend that much, he can get much more car. That’s the message.
I have an EQE 500 SUV and it has been great. One thing to note is that you will not likely be able to exit the lease if you dont like it. Merc doesn’t allow lease transfers and they add 4% to the lease buyout if you want to sell to a dealer before lease end.
We have had the car for a little over a year. It was $4k due at signing and $591 per month for 36/10k.
Add up the total cost and make sure it is worth the commitment. My total commitment for 3 years is $24,685. I knew that before i signed and was fine with it.
Interesting. I got a 2024 EQE 500 SUV 1 year and a month ago. I put 0 down and rolled 7k negative. I am paying $1297 tax inc for 4 years and got a 4 year maintenance package for A and B service.
This is exactly the deal that would be perfect. I don’t know if I will find one before end of month but oh well. Yeah I cut loose the dealer he wasn’t budging even with examples. I did really like my test drive. I have an etron now. I might stick with Audi. We shall see.
$1,297 for an EQE 500? How can someone working as a fleet manager can get fleeced so violently? Last year’s MBZ March Madness was absolutely epic - you could’ve gotten 2 EQS 580s for that payment last March (sans NE that doesn’t add that much and nearly worthless maintenance on EQ).
Yeah didn’t feel great but my last car I had to get rid of after the engine bay became a hotel for rats. Month later found out I could’ve got an EQE AMG for almost the same payment with my negative.
first off, in terms of EQE, the only difference between the 350 4matic and 500 are the hp numbers, in which case if you really wanted it you could subscribe to the accel increase for 60/mo or 600/yr. secondly, you should really be looking at exec loaners for big discounts. i know my deal is about a year old, but i got a exclusive trim at 18% off because it was a prev loaner car. check my post history for a template email i sent to every dealership in driving distance.
as everyone else said, you may want to look into a broker if you don’t want to do the legwork.
