Hi Hackrs,
Location: Fremont, CA (94538 — 10.25% tax)
I came across this advertised lease deal from a broker and wanted to sanity-check with the community:
2025 Mercedes EQB 250+
-
$229/mo for 30 months
-
$3,500 DAS + Broker Fee
-
7,500 miles/yr
-
MSRP: $57,000
-
Color: Night Black
-
Packages/Options: Driver Assistance Package, Surround View Camera
My actual preference:
-
Model/Trim: EQB 250+
-
Color: Polar White
-
Packages/Options: Driver Assistance Package, Surround View Camera, 3rd row seat
My questions:
-
Dealers and brokers keep saying “no more EQBs”. What does that actually mean—allocation sold out, or lease support ended?
-
Since 9/30/25 is the last date for the $7,500 federal EV lease credit, should I just grab what’s available now, or is it realistic to wait a few more weeks for my preferred spec (Polar White + 3rd row)? In the lease world, is it unrealistic to be picky?
-
For NorCal, has anyone recently been able to get an EQB lease, or is this basically dried up already?
Appreciate any insight before I decide whether to wait or move forward.
Thanks!
