The bank sets the RV, the RV was set to take into account what portion of any Federal EV tax credit the bank wants to pass on. In states that tax incentives (most) this is to your benefit. Most sales people don’t understand how to calculate a lease or what incentives you’re eligible for, stop talking to them about it. - It’s good you are expanding your search, go drive some evs that lease well and leave the dealership without numbers.
