I am trying to finalize a deal on a Lyric lease but the numbers are not adding up in the calculator. This is a South FL dealers so the fees are going to be high.
It’s a loaner with $3k miles.
What is the $2,495 list as front end costs? Is this just dealer BS?
We are currently at $3k DAS and $453 a month with tax included. I feel like the monthly payments are inline with what people are posting but the due at signing is about $500 too high.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
Horrible deal. You can reach that monthly or even lower by fully eliminating the DAS and aftermarkets.
The latter, and add-ons don’t residualize, so this alone is adding more than $100 a month to your payment.
The $3,000 they’re asking you to kick in adds another $125 to your effective monthly.
And the $1k doc fee alone is $45/ month.
You may be clawing some of that back on the discount, but I don’t know what the prevailing target is for that, or if there’s any dealer cash on these that could also be buried in the discount.
