Deal check: 2025 i4 M50 (August 2025)

It’s mid-August, the EV tax incentives are going away and tariffs are kicking in… so I’m wondering how this looks in that context:

2025 i4 M50 (blue, in-transit)
norcal (Bay Area)
36/12k

MSRP: $76200
dealer discount: $10,950, BMW $9900 rebate
no conquest/loyalty

$0 down + $5600 MSD
$780/mo

Thanks!

The discount doesn’t make sense to get to that payment. If you’re indeed getting 14%+ off MSRP before rebates, even with a fully marked up rate, your payment would be way lower. Unless they have a ton of dealer add-ons in there. This looks more like a 10% off and buyrate deal to get to that payment.

You should also look into whether you have Corporate rebate available depending on your employer - that’s an additional $2k rebate.

Ah, good point ZZ, you reminded that the dealer discount is reduced by dealer add on of tire, wheel and dent protection of $1500. Negotiating on that.

Thanks for your response @hathathua

corporate rebate can be used once per year correct?

Play with the calc…lease rate for that with 10% off and base MF full MSD should be around 680 plus tax with zero DAS…i bet they are marking up the MF fully too…look at broker deals in Marketplace.

The rules are “one certificate per purchase per year” but I’ve had clients use it multiple times in a year for different vehicles without issue, they have just redeemed a new certificate with a new code each time. YRMV.
