its 36 months, 10k miles a year, the current lease is a Blazer EV so no equity there, payoff is 41k
The deal sheet from the dealer is showing $9861 in total savings plus I’m adding a $4000 state rebate

So it is still not clear what the amts are for the lender rebate vs dealer discount vs state rebate
OP, this above. All of the various discounts, rebates, etc., need to be separated out for a more full evaluation of a deal.
The only other information the dealer shared with me was
$6250 RCL customer cash
$2000 Charging credit
I’m not sure why the deal sheet shows $9861 total savings when it adds up to $8250
$4000 charge up NJ
Is $9861-8250 the actual dealer discount?
The $8250 is Ford incentives
Ok so the only thing we know for certain is the msrp is 45035 and you are getting 6250 lease cash and 2000 ev charging cash.
The NJ charge up can be 1500 or 4000 so hopefully you actually qualify for the 4000.
The dealer discount is still unclear.
It could be 1611, as garlic bro mentioned, which would be a 3.58% dealer discount before incentives, which seems meh.
Your MF and residual look incorrect for NJ zip with the 36/10term you stated.
