the 12k in incentives looks right, but the discount on the truck and lease monthly amount $527 dont when I use the calculator, what do y’all think/see?
Dealer Processing of $995 and Acquisition rolled into the $527 per dealer. Thank you in advance!
I just signed on the same truck. Sticker was $67,060. 36 months/10,500 miles, $0 down. $498/m. Taxes in Texas are 6.25%. Rolled those in. A buddy just got an even better deal. I think his sticker was $67,900. Same terms and $468/m. Did mine yesterday and his was at the end of February.
The latest, dealer insisting I pay the full term of personal property taxes upfront for Virginia. How do they even know what they will be? Sounds like a scam.
But isn’t VA just like MD (me) where he’s gonna have to pay the tax on the full $90k there (being a Plat) on top with less months to spread it across than a new 36/mo option?
In this case where it’s PA (monthly tax) to VA (full tax), they’re gonna owe the full tax when they go to register in VA (or MD).
Otherwise everyone in MD/VA would be better off having someone else lease whatever they want in a monthly state and then just transfer them all out for a fee instead of paying tax. Would be cheaper than leasing in MD and no way that MD/VA gonna pass up getting their cut.
I traded my XLT with a $298/mo payment, you could add alot of taxes and it will still be cheaper than going with this XLT. There are more competitive truck lease programs, and there are better EV trucks. At these numbers why not just go with a gas F-150, the STX trim may even be cheaper, considering that Ford is walking away from the Lightning platform.
The XLT is just about the worst EV to try and do 30K miles a year. Small battery (98kw), slow charging rate (L2 peaks under 150kw) and terrible efficiency (1.5 mi/kwh or worse at highway speed). Your will have to full charge something like 170 times a year. Almost every other day. Nevermind mileage cost.
