Hello, I am looking at BMW i4s and would appreciate any help with evaluating lease deals. I have taken some look through the forums and would just like to understand what leverage I have with negotiating this demo 2025 i4 M50 car. 2025 i4 m50 demo car w/ DAP, premium package, and PA 12k/36mo ~6500 miles Listed MSRP: 77000 Selling price: 66500 Rebate: $7500 859/mo (tax 6.25%) with first month due only. MF and residual was not provided but with an adjusted residual of 52.14% (54 –\> 52.14 based on what I have seen others get), I think the MF is around 0.00204 With it now being Jan 2026, I feel like the numbers can be made much better but would appreciate some help on how much I can push for. Hopefully I did not miss any bits of information and thank you in advance for the help! ---

Ratefindr is showing 0.0007 at the MF for a 25 i4 m50 12k/36 Net net, the discount is weaker than new units that are advertised by brokers here and this is a demo. I would expect no less than 15% off + rebates. ---
